  • Description:
      Under the direction of the Business Administrator, the Director of Facilities' administrative responsibilities include maintaining all school facilities, overseeing all custodial and maintenance staff, maintaining inventory records, have experience with HVAC systems, coordinate work and inspect work of all outside contractors, implement staff development programs for all custodians and building/grounds staff including safety and code compliance, prepare maintenance and project reports, ensure all permits and licenses are kept current.  The Director of Facilities must hold a valid diver's license.  A degree in Facilities Management and facilities certification is a plus.
